Blog Schedules

The following are the various schedules that I attempt to adhere to.  These are here for memory sake and as reminders to blog helpers.

Pages & Posts

    1. schedule the monthly calendar JPGs to POST on the LAST THURSDAY of the month before.
    2.  schedule the POST about the next monthly meeting on the 2ND TO LAST THURSDAY of the month before the meeting.
    3. On the first of each month, update the PAGE Calendar/This Month with links to the POSTS about the calendar and monthly meeting.
    4. put a copy of the bi-monthly Newsletter from Gary Carlson into the Media folder whenever it is distributed.
    5. In December, update the pages relating to Officers.
    6. In December, update the 2 meeting pages Meetings/Calendar and Meetings/Calendar/Previous by
      1. copy Meetings/Calendar current year into Meetings/Calendar/Previous
      2. update Meetings/Calendar into the dates for next year.
