Identity Puzzle Solved by Local DNA Researchers

This is a reminder for the MoCoGenSo DNA SIG meeting this Saturday September 10 at 10 am at the Family History Center in Seaside. We will meet in the library (across the hall from the computer room).

This weekend’s DNA SIG has an exciting story to tell. The identity/ancestry of Lisa Jensen has been solved. For over a year now, a team put together by Barbara Rae-Venter, including Junel Davidsen, has been working on the real criminal case using DNA analysis and good old genealogical methods and lots of plain hard work. Come to this meeting of the DNA SIG to hear how our detectives cracked the case and gave Lisa her history!

Schedule for DNA SIG Meeting:
10:00 to 10:15 Discussion of future topics of interest/volunteers for future presentations

10:15 to 10:30 Bring a Question Genetic Genealogy Question for DNA SIG members
